이용약관

본 약관은 obaksa.kr(이하 “본 블로그”)과 본 블로그 운영자가 운영하는 개인용 YouTube 업로드 도구 “Obaksa Uploader”(이하 “본 도구”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

1. 본 블로그의 이용

  • 본 블로그의 글과 이미지는 개인적·비상업적 목적의 열람에 한하여 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다. 출처를 밝히지 않은 무단 복제·배포는 금지합니다.
  • 댓글 작성 시 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 위반되는 내용은 사전 통보 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
  • 본 블로그의 정보는 참고용이며, 그 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다.

2. Obaksa Uploader (YouTube API 서비스 이용 도구)

  • 본 도구는 운영자가 자신의 YouTube 채널에 직접 제작한 영상을 업로드하고 관리하기 위한 개인용 명령줄 프로그램이며, 일반에 배포되거나 제공되지 않습니다.
  • 본 도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 본 도구를 사용하는 자는 YouTube 서비스 약관에 구속되는 데 동의하며, Google의 데이터 처리에 관해서는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
  • 본 도구가 처리하는 데이터의 범위와 보관·삭제·권한 철회 방법은 개인정보처리방침 제7조에 따릅니다.
  • 본 도구는 YouTube API 서비스 개발자 정책을 준수하며, YouTube 콘텐츠를 다운로드·복제·재배포하거나 광고를 삽입하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 책임의 제한

본 블로그와 본 도구는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 운영자는 이용으로 인해 발생한 직접·간접 손해에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 약관의 변경

본 약관은 법령 또는 운영 정책 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Terms of Service (English)

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These terms govern the use of obaksa.kr (the “Site”) and “Obaksa Uploader” (the “Tool”), a private command-line program operated by the Site owner.

  • Site. Content on the Site may be viewed for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution without attribution is prohibited. Information is provided for reference only and without warranty of accuracy.
  • Tool. The Tool uploads the operator’s own videos to the operator’s own YouTube channels and manages their metadata. It is not distributed to or usable by the public. The Tool uses YouTube API Services; anyone using it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The data the Tool accesses, stores and deletes, and how access can be revoked, are described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy. The Tool complies with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and does not download, copy or redistribute YouTube content or insert advertising.
  • Limitation of liability. The Site and the Tool are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from their use.
